| Every player must register for a tee time by Friday at noon prior to the Monday league night. Follow these steps:
1. Log on www.golfacademyvc.com and click on the Ladies on the Links icon
2. Log in
3. Click on Tee Times
4. Select Week / Date that you want to play
5. Select your Flight, and Starting Hole
6. Scroll down to bottom of page and hit Continue |

| Before Friday at noon, players can change their tee times from their home page:
1. Log on www.golfacademyvc.com and click on the Ladies on the Links icon
2. Log in
3. Click on "View My League Dates"
4. Select Week / Date that you want to cancel
5. If you want to re-sign up for that same week, then log back in click on Tee Times and select Week / Date that you want to play |

| To cancel or change your tee time after tee times have been finalized, you must email Christina Ball at CBall@EagleGolf.com. You cannot call the shop anymore, we want your cancellation in writing so we can enforce the $5 No Show penalty as well as losing three points toward your season point total. |

| You may show up at the golf course at 4pm on Mondays (up to three times) and ask to be put on the wait list to see if you can fill in any cancellations or no shows. Your chances of getting in to play are very good. |

| If you do not email CBall@EagleGolf.com (right up to your actual tee time) then you will be assessed a $5 penalty on your next league date as well as losing three points toward your season point total. |

| All players must check in at the front desk in the Golf Shop at least 30 minutes prior to their time. Failure to do so, may result in your tee time being given to someone on the wait list. |

| No, the green fee and cart fee has already been substantially reduced for league participation. |

| Not this year ! For Eagle Reward points, you need to pay a full green fee price...LOL is a discount rate. You can receive Eagle Reward points if your team finishes in the top three or you win closest to pin or long drive in your flight. |

| You are welcome to play ! This league is geared toward beginners...and if you have been on the course less than 12 times, then you will need to take two swing classes and participate in one on course Play Day to be eligible for league play. Please contact Sally Quinlan, LPGA at Sally@GolfAcademyVC.com to schedule these class requirements. |

| A, B, and C flight players are eligible for Play Your Own Ball nights, just keep in mind that you will pick up your ball when you reach double par on any hole (6 on par 3's, 8 on par 4's, and 10 on par 5's). |
